Division Order Analyst – Casper, Wyoming
This is a full-time position that is responsible for assisting the division order supervisor in conducting division order and taxation duties in support of Eighty-Eight Oil’s overall business operations and strategies. The incumbent must maintain high levels of attention to detail and accuracy to ensure correct administrative and payment processes. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Maintaining and/or transferring well ownership based on appropriate/legal documentation; Preparing and filing reports and remitting state (including Wyoming, North Dakota, and Montana) and federal royalty payments; Remitting operator state taxes (including Wyoming, North Dakota, and Montana); Maintaining and reconciling tax accounts; Maintaining professional relationships with internal/company and external personnel; Conducting supporting bookkeeping and accounting duties. Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities One year division interest order experience and/or one year land department experience, with Associates degree in business, accounting, or mathematical field or combination of experience and/or education will be considered; Strong analytical skills; Strong mathematical skills; Strong critical thinking skills; Detail oriented; Ability to effectively handle dynamic, fast-paced operational environments; Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers.
